Margaret is an experienced senior executive with a pragmatic approach to providing exceptional support to her clients. Having commenced her career within the legal sector as a bookkeeper, Margaret rapidly advanced to Practice Manager in 1988.
The following years allowed Margaret to delve further into the legal solutions arena, consulting for a large national legal software provider. In 1995, Margaret’s passion for service excellent, client relations and her ingrained ability to conceptualise a solution offering led to Margaret’s promotion to Product Manager.
In 2009, Margaret’s passion led to her acquiring a portion of the company, and thus is when B&C Legal Software Solutions was born. Taking on her client’s requirements, Margaret re-directed the path B&C was on, now specialising in providing a diverse range of solutions within the legal domain. B&C offer solutions from consulting, software product training, brand management & logo design, web development to bookkeeping, it’s safe to say that B&C offer bespoke tailored solutions to meet each individual client’s needs.
Providing solutions to a large number of small to medium sized law firms across Australia, Margaret, along with the team at B&C truly are a ‘one stop shop’.
In order to provide service excellence, Margaret is both LEAP certified and a certified Uniform Law External Examiner.
Ghandi is our in house program developer specialising in Visual C++ research, development and maintenance, product design, Customer liaison and support. He is a long-term developer of legal accounting software, having been active in the field since 1990 using diverse languages and has been active in the programming field since the early 1980’s
He maintains a keen interest in keeping the product up to date in terms of technology and style.
Jacqui is a strategic, multidisciplinary designer with an eye for innovation and perfection. Straight out of university Jacqui got her first position as a help desk consultant in a legal accounting software firm where she was working alongside with Margaret. After leaving BHL Systems, Jacqui ventured off to follow her creative side where she specialised in Marketing Consultancy, Graphic & Website Design to Event Management. Even though she was following her creative path, Jacqui was always on hand to help Margaret out with consultancy work when she needed her. Now Jacqui has joined the team on a more permanent basis where she works on both elements, design & consultancy.
Fotini Hatzigeorgiou has been working in the Property, Legal & Software industry for over 7 years, and is extremely adept and familiar with all procedures and services.
With consistent precision and exceptional analytical thinking skills, she aims to add value and to provide valuable contribution to all projects. Fotini executes efficient procedures to increase productivity and present accurate and impressive results.
Fotini is a dynamic member of the team with knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to share with co members, clients and the community at large.
She is a highly motivated, passionate and driven individual, with an eye for detail. She has a proven ability to set and meet work priorities and delegate appropriately, to achieve results and deadlines.
Fotini completed her Agents Representative Course in 2007 and her Certificate in Business Conveyancing in 2009.
Daniel is a Registered BAS Agent and Certified Bookkeeper. He has worked in the Industry for more than 20 years and has extensive experience in General Bookkeeping and Administration specialising in Legal Bookkeeping and Trust Accounting, both manually and in software. He also has a background in IT as a Systems Analyst and Programmer and is a professional Trainer and Assessor. He speaks English, Spanish, French and Italian fluently.
Troy is our I.T Technician / Support. He has worked in the IT Industry for more than 10 years, he’s highly experienced with software and hardware installations, diagnosing and repairing IT equipment, servicing and maintaining our IT infrastructure. He also has experience in Website Design, Website Editing and Maintaining Websites.
Beverley has worked in a customer service role for over 21 years. Original with BHL Systems and then moving over to try the retail sector. Her role is to keep all our paper work and records in order as well as maintaining all of our accounts.
